Sometimes, our emails can accidentally end up in your spam/junk folder, that's why adding our email to your trusted senders list helps avoid important emails being wrongly classified as junk and ensures they consistently reach your Inbox. It’s often more effective than just adding to Contacts. Below you'll find guides on how to ensure this doesn't happen (for different email providers):

Gmail (Google)

  1. In Gmail, click the βš™οΈ Settings icon β†’ See all settings.

  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  3. Click Create a new filter, enter [email protected]in From, then click Create filter.

  4. Check Never send it to Spam, then finalize by clicking Create filter.

Outlook.com / Hotmail

  1. Click βš™οΈ Settings β†’ Mail β†’ Junk email.

  2. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add, input [email protected], then press OK and Save.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Hit βš™οΈ Settings β†’ More Settings β†’ Filters β†’ Add new filters.

  2. Give the filter a name, enter [email protected] in From, set Destination folder: Inbox, then Save.

Apple iCloud Mail (Web & iOS 17+)

On Web (iCloud.com)

  1. Click βš™οΈ Settings β†’ Rules β†’ Add a Rule.

  2. Set If a message is from β†’ [email protected]; Then β†’ Move to Inbox, and click Done.

On iOS 17+

  1. Go to Settings β†’ [Your Name] β†’ iCloud β†’ iCloud Mail β†’ iCloud Mail Rules.

  2. Tap Add Rule, configure as above, and save.

βœ… Quick General Tip

Even after adding addresses to your trusted list, occasionally check your Spam/Junk folder. If you find a message from us, mark it as Not Spam to help improve filtering accuracy.
