Can't see our Private Discord? Try these 3 fixes!

If you were given access but the server isn't showing up, it is usually one of these three simple things.

1. Are you on the right account? πŸ‘€

The Problem: You might be logged into an old or different Discord account than the one you gave us.

  • Check this: Click the Gear Icon (User Settings) at the bottom left of Discord.

  • Look at the "Username" field: Is it exactly the same username you shared with us?

  • How to fix it: If the username is different, Log Out and log back in with the correct account.

2. Did you accidentally make a "New" account? πŸ†•

The Problem: Sometimes when logging in via a browser, Discord accidentally creates a brand new account for you instead of signing you into your existing one.

  • Check this: Look at your Username in settings. If it looks like a random name or a name you don't recognize, you are likely on a "shadow" account.

  • How to fix it:

    1. Log Out immediately.

    2. Go to the login page again.

    3. Make sure you click Login (do not click "Register").

    4. Use your original email and password to get back to your main account.

3. Using an Internet Browser? (Chrome, Safari, Edge) 🌐

The Problem: If you use different "Profiles" on your computer (like a Work profile and a Home profile), Discord can get confused and keep asking you to log in, which often leads to the "New Account" mistake above.

  • The Best Fix: Download the Discord App to your computer or phone. It stays logged in and avoids all browser profile confusion.

  • The Quick Fix: If you must use a browser, make sure you are using the same browser profile every time you access Discord.

Still stuck?
Send us an email at [email protected] with a screenshot of your Username field from your settings, and we will double-check your access!
